Run input

A race case is defined by season, round and driver selection, creating the base context for the exported engineering output.

Simulation output

The core generates recommendation data, score ranking, p50/p90 timing evidence and additional strategy-related values.

Pit optimization

Pit timing evidence is extracted as a best pit lap and interpreted as an optimized intervention window for the nominal scenario.

Tyre guidance

The tyre plan layer defines start compound, next stint compound, reference pit timing and advisor notes for race reading.

Pipeline interpretation

The product layer readsengineering evidence, not assumptions.

The simulation pipeline produces the engineering material that supports every visual decision in ARES V6. Rather than inventing strategy values in the interface, the frontend is built to read, organize and display outputs that were already generated by the underlying process.

This is why pages such as dashboard, compare and replay feel consistent: they are reading from the same evidence family. The presentation may differ by module, but the interpretation always starts from the exported strategy output.

Strategy

Recommended strategy

The primary recommendation is displayed as the leading strategic outcome derived from the simulation ranking.

Distribution

p50 / p90 reading

Median and tail timing values are used to explain both pace expectation and uncertainty spread.

Risk

Risk spread

Risk is interpreted as the delta between p90 and p50, exposing how robust or fragile the scenario appears.

Reports

Exported evidence

Charts, report structures and generated artifacts provide the stable evidence consumed by the frontend.

Downstream usage

One pipeline,multiple presentation modes.

The same exported evidence can support several product surfaces. A recommendation becomes a headline card in the dashboard, a comparison row in the compare module, a race plan input for battle replay and a logic source for the race-control page.

That reuse is a key design strength: it makes the interface feel coherent while keeping the engineering source of truth anchored in the same pipeline.

Module usage

The dashboard reads the nominal recommendation for direct interpretation.
The compare module contrasts the same type of evidence across two drivers.
The battle layer transforms race-plan logic into a duel-oriented replay.
The race module extends the reading into multi-car event flow and tyre wear behavior.
